FAMILY ESTATE, WINE PRODUCER OVER THREE GENERATIONS (SINCE 1868)

The vineyards, with the prestigiuos "sori" situated on the hills with the most favourable sun exposure, extending on 7 hectares surface and are located in the villages of Agliano Terme and Costigliole d'Asti, an area of extraordinary beauty deeply tied to the production of the finest Barbera and of the other D.O.C. quality wines as Grignolino, Bonarda, Dolcetto and the white Cortese and Moscato. The grapes are carefully selected by the thinning out in partly refined in small barrels the "barriques" confering characteristic bouquet and taste.

VIGNA DEL SOLE "BARBERA D'ASTI D.O.C.

A strong ruby red wine with a pleasantly intense and winey fragrance and a dry round taste. Velvety harmonic with a full body. Suitable for aging, wich makes it warm and charming.

VIOLANDA "BARBERA D'ASTI D.O.C.

This is a Barbera grown in the vineyards of the Commune of Agliano Terme, typical area for the Barbera vine. The favourable hillside position elevates this wine confering on it superior characteristics. A strong ruby red fragrance and a dry round taste. Velvety harmonic with a full body. Suitable for aging, wich makes it warm and charming.

GRIGNOLINO D'ASTI D.O.C.

Pale ruby red wine with orange reflections on ageing and a delicate and persisten bouquet. The taste is dry, slightly tannic, pleasantly bitterish with a persistent aftertaste.

BARLET

A wine created from a blend of Barbera and Dolcetto grapes. Perfect with savoury dishes. Serve at 16-18 C degrees.

PIEMONTE MOSCATO

A pale yellow winr with sweet-smelling aroma. A sweet taste, characteristic of the grapes and region of origin.

PIEMONTE D.O.C. BONARDA

A deep ruby red wine with a vinous and rich bouquet. Full, dry taste, characterized by a slightly bitterish aftertaste.

PIEMONTE D.O.C. CORTESE

A dry, pale yellow wine with a shade of pale green. A characteristic, delicate fragrance and a fresh, dry pleasantly bitterish taste. It is sparkling.

MONFERRATO D.O.C. DOLCETTO

An intensive ruby red wine with a winery fragrance and a light, fruity, soft taste. It is dry and pleasantly almond when first drunk wich fully develops its aroma.
